Our most strength-forward Pilates experience. Building on the foundation of CONTROL, PWR incorporates more weights, higher intensity, and high-repetition sequences to challenge muscular endurance and elevate your heart rate. Expect continuous movement, deeper fatigue, and a sculpting burn that leaves you stronger, defined, and energized.

SŌLR PEAK

45 minutes · Moderate heat

Strength meets intensity. Heavier weights, lower repetitions, and HIIT intervals combine to build power, stamina, and total-body strength — all in a slightly lower heat for maximum performance.
